Civis Martis

Hi All,

Martians. Also called Bahar.  The oldest and most mightiest of civilisations, some thirty billion years of space travel.  They can  go across the  mulituniverse unharmed, protected only in the main with the following words 'civis Martis'- I am a Martian citizen- so great is the terrible retribution of the vast Empire of Mars,  the Empire upon which the galaxies never set; universally understood as certain by great and lesser powers,  even terrorist  and revolutionary organisations,  should any harm befall even one of her people ... unfortunately some are just so mad, bad, brave or foolish they don't heed the warning:  don't tread on the Martians...
