Doctor Who: Jewish?

As I'm in one of my insomnia phases, I thought does anyone in America or Israel (our two top readership sites , Blighty is third) actually know what Dr Who (being British) is?

The doctor is a rebel alien time Lord with two hearts and can regenerate when ill or old , into either sex . But   goes around in space and time in a TARDIS , which on the outside looks like a police box from 1960s London, but on the inside is   much bigger . Plus he or she goes around defeating evil when he sees it.

Various villains include the meddling monk (regenerated into the meddling Rabbi: a fellow time lord)

The Mater or Missy , also a fellow time lord like a moriatry
to his Sherlock

And the worst of the  lot, the Nazi daleks:

And of course Dr Who is a Jewish creation : Sydney Newman the creator of Who and the first show runner, Verity Lambert were both Jewish, see this interesting articles :
