Now this one is easy....  and vegetarian ( but not alas "vegan". Not to worry. In the next couple of years one suspects we'll all be forced to be vegan thanks to the eco warriors).

Ingredients
Onion
Garlic cloves
Black pitted olives
Pasta spaghetti
Peas
Cherry tomatoes
Tim of tomatoes
Tomato puree
Cheese
Olive oil
Peas

Method

Boil water and add spaghetti .

In pan , add olive oil and fry the garlic then onion for four minutes.

Add the tomatoes, then the tin of tomatoes . After a minute add a tablespoon of tomato puree.

Season

Add the olives.

Stir

Leave for five

Drain pasta.

Divide the sauce onto two plates.

Add pasta as well.

Put some cheese on top.

Finished.

The left are in meltdown in respect who will lead a remainer "national unity" coalition , after they've done their coup d'état: parliamentary votes: some  want a liberal centralitst , but the hard left insist "only" a Corbyn led government on a "temporary" basis will do. 

Yet we all know that to give that man and his fanatics will propel the UK into a second dark age. Certainly us Jews will be seen as the "Zionist enemy" and be betrayed  as such , whilst  inflation will be like Venezuela and Rhodesia, civil liberties will be curtailed and Christians will equally persecuted under such a socialist regime as we've seen in Pol Pot, chairman Mao, Stalin and Ceaușescu , : Washington , New Delhi and Jerusalem will be out. Havana, Caracas, Tehran , Damascus, Buenos Ares  and Pyongyang will be in. 

But if Satan promises to end Brexit and govern temporarily  form a people's revolutionary command council and dictatorship off the proletariat

So far the liberals and labour moderate social democratic liberal types have distanced themselves. So do the nationalist SNP and PC .So to stop the democratic decision of the British people ,  they're all  prepared to put a socialist /communist  government  in power which would destroy OUR FANTASTIC nation.

Who wants to lead the remain coup?

The plotting on how to prevent brexit has reached feverish levels. The latest idea is that the remainers overthrow the government to stop a disastrous "no deal" ( in reality these people want to stop brexit entirety). But who will lead this coup and form a "national remainer unity government?" 

Polly suggested Margaret Beckett, others Rory Stewart. Yesterday green MP Caroline Lucas called on the top ten women to form a female only cabinet (notice cis and no ethnic minorities , plus no men . How progressive and woke). Lucas decries brexit as a coup by a minority of "right-wing libertarians"; I guess that's why a counter coup led by a party with 1 MP is necessary. The guardian even speculated who could be in the cabinet,  but I'm disappointed Greta Thunberg and Gina Miller aren't getting a mention, given the gravity of the situation.

Needless to say Jeremy as Corbyn isn't happy about this and says he should lead the unity coalition. In true socialist fashion this apparently means getting a taxi to Buckingham palace to tell the Queen "we're in charge".

There's also the "constitutional crisis" meme. In fact it isn't any thing like. It's just that the losing side in a referendum held three years ago simply can't accept they lost. They've been campaigning ever since to stop brexit. They've been destroying precedent , using arcane and obscure parliamentary procedure to prevent it.

 Yet when Brexiters suggest proroguing parliament it was considered an outrageous suggestion that required further parliamentary machinations by remainers. In fact if they hadn't been on such manoeuvres they'd be no constitutional crisis , the gov could get on with brexit as per the previous overwhelming vote in the house and as voted on by the people of this country.

But who could lead the remain coup?
