Unfortunately Israeli beer is dominated  ghastly gassy piss made by Heineken ,  so naturally one has to educate fellow Israelis and the tourists in the beauty of proper cask ale:

And how to pour it ,  naturally being  a Yorkshire lad, I prefer a "northern pour"

Oh and yes it has to be via a manual pump:  better than a work out at the gym!
